We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, please email mariabehnen@mac.com for a Return Authorization Number. Products must be returned within 15 days from date of delivery. Only products that are returned unworn and unwashed with original labels and tags intact will be accepted. Returned products that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods. Once your return is inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirmation with the status of refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
